i offered to cook my 'friend' roast chicken vegies and salad(i didnt actually think he would come) but since he is..i prolly should do a quick tidy up and actually have started cooking before he gets here
..run yesterday afternoon.. 2 laps of the Tan
plan: one lap 20 minutes-ish then run by feel with 2nd lap approx 30s faster without looking at watch
..actual first lap 20:16(after a quick loo break with some uhhh err diarrhea) and then back on track..lol
2nd lap 18:54.. yeah ive said it before and ill say it again... i well and truly suck at pacing...lol

..and since i stayed over the other side of the city..i decided id let my coach tell me once again how poor my form was while i ran.. i was very good and didnt whinge.(ok i did say about one hill..i dont wanna run it).until we passed the 10km i was supposed to do..then there was a bit of are we there yet..how about now...now?...lol..i thought i was funny..other people did not seem to!
..the course itself was kinda undulating and the footholds were kinda rocky..my back is EXTREMELY sore..and my poor little achilles was giving me a bit of what for..during the run..
so whilst it may sound slow..it felt quite quick
10.4 kms in 56:40 @ 5:28min/kms... i took my water bottle this time..and had a drink every 2 kms..which apparently i need to try and break this habit....
hmmmmmmm maybe if i hadnt drunk a bottle or more of wine last night..since it was my last allowed drink for a month
i have started the Dr Sandra Cabot liver cleanse.. altho i will allow a couple of small breaks here and there.. if you break one day in a week and maintain for a month..then thats better than doing 10days hard core and then not being able to do it at all..
..oops is that me rambling..im sure i have to go and hide my dirty washing somewhere..lol...

oh yeah gave blood today too... 9mins for the blood letting..she said it was quick..and then i felt chuffed..cos obviously im a nuff nuff...lol 10kms again tomoz... and then a DOUBLE massage...oooh 2hours of pain... but i do have to get the upper back done after my car accident... jo..GET OFF THE COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gosh i can talk...me
