..hmmmmm that was a bit of a death run
..okerly dokerly.. so i always knew it was not gonna be a great 'sunday morning run' because
i) miss jo had been at a wedding all night drinking
ii) i had worn ridiculously high shoes the night before making front of leggies a bit tender
iii) ummm didnt start til 3:30pm(lol)
iv) i was just doing laps around princess park
v) i couldnt even bear the thought of listening to music while i ran
..so i rang stu on the way there asking if i REALLY had to do 80 mins(i didnt expect any reprieve at all) and then he said i could just do 60mins and hes like but because youve run sooo late now you cant run tomorrow(so i felt bit bad)
..so the only way i could possibly manage (without hurling) was to do a lap at a time and then stop for a breather.. now i dont need sympathy cos it was ALL self imposed... but OMG it was certainly a mind over the body exercise.. the body grumbled groaned and nearly threw up
so all up 70 disjointed and unhappy minutes.... it was a toughie and the reason i did 70 mins not 60 was because there was no run monday...
achillles horrible initially and then got a bit better until the last 5mins
then out for dinner..yep still havent got back on the cleanse and then to the movies.. American gangster.. which is much better than the last film i watched..through my fingers...lol
..off to physio shortly for this super annoying achilles

Well done for sticking at it. It sounds like a pretty soul-destroying experience.
