..the yearly stats

dec kms - 162 a reasonable month for me :) back not playing nicely though

yearly: running 1335 water running 372 racing 100.3 total 1807

2008 Summary
Injuries- what??me? injured...lol okay okay-the usual naughty back double disc bulge causing significant pain
april- tripped over a chain-cellulitis-hospital at home for a week with intravenous antibiotics- crutches and not able to run at all for just over a month
Excuses-none really
Races-
Run for the kids....
AV winter season times pretty messed up with knee for first few months-but only missed the 1st 2 races,
a Sri Chimnoy 5km 23:12? with ajh,
Competed in the 35-40 Age group of the Vic masters champs and scored some bling (gold and bronze)
Summer season AV
:more than double the amount of kms as last year. trying to spend more time running than in the water.
..an extremely disappointing winter season with no sub 45min 10km which was a goal :(
..summer season..am ahead of where i was this time last year
..am working really hard at managing the back pain and am starting to make progress on that front
..a good year at work, a very good year personally :) running just needs to catch up :)

...seriously-the man is mean

..after driving to and from(well i passengered) to shepparton to meet stu's parents it was off to the track.....
i felt absolutely exhausted..my legs were dead weights-there was MEGA wind and i literally BEGGED stu to let me do 200s instead of planned session
4x200 (43)+ 2x400(87/88) +1x600(2:12) +2x400(87/88)in the warm up my ankle tweaked(again) then the session unfolded like this
200 41s x 3 (3:25min/km) 40sx1 (3:20min/km)
400 87s(3:37 min/km) 88(3:40min/km)
600 2:10(3:37min/km)
400 85s(3:32min/km) 87s(3:37min/km)
200 3x39(3:15min/km) +1x35(2:55min/km)

7lap cool down and warm up brings it to approx 7kms...gee it was tough though...my legs never fully got in the swing
tomorrow 45-50min run-followed immediately by pilates...my legs are just crazy tired at the mo

and like you miss jay-i think im gonna have to try to budget :(

...not much happening

..so as the title suggests, not much happening..
first thing in the morning stu and i went for a 40minute run(very easy pace) about 5:30 but man the legs were heavy as anything... after about 30 mins they felt a little better but it was a slog-yesterday was a tough run
..then off to pilates-which is all leg work-yep the legs are loving me...lol
..back home for a very relaxing afternoon of not doing much at all
..although worked out my finances and it is going to be quite a lean few months-well when i say lean-not exactly lean-but there is definitely no more large purchases until the computer,lounge and dining setting are paid in full... i want a big fridge next
in the last year i have bought

...barney is not my friend at the moment

..errr so the back was really quite sore on sat..i took my bathers in the car in case i had to stop the session.this was quite likely :(
anyway planned set 4-5 1000s @ 97s laps fortunately got changed to 800s at same pace 3:14 -we went at 9am in the morning yesterday and it was HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
i felt horrible.... 3lap warm up...5-6 strides at 60-70m, then into the 800s with a couple of tagger alongs
errr...got sucked in by the young'uns and did a 42 first 200 bit fast jojo..then settled
rep 1 3:10 (90s/100s) -3:58min/kms
rep 2 3:08 (91/97) -3:55min/kms
rep 3 3:14 (92/102) -4:02min/kms and i let stu know at this point that there were NO more 800s in the legs-well i kinda wailed it from the shade..they are fast reps for me...practically my 1500m race pace!!
he wanted me to do 2 more 600s but it just wasnt there...no oomph
so 400s it was
92s (3:50min/kms)

then a 4 lap cooldown so did 6.5kms...a tough little set-had to lay in the shade for a while afterwards-was very overheated lassie..back was absolutely dreadful-it hurt the whole time i was running...so in the afternoon took some of stus VERY heavy duty anti inflamms..spent ages...massaging glutes by rolling on tennis ball, did my pilates at home and not sure which one it was but the pain was then tolerable

then we went to the soccer which was fun-apparently i talk a lot at the soccer..lol.... then home and pizza yum-and i went to bed-too tuckered out
..then this morning a run at the you-ies
taped up like a mummy(yesterday i wasnt sure if i could manage a run because of stupid back)
70min run...very hot-first lap was 50 mins which the last 10mins is this grinding...not huge...but annoying hill..and then another20 on a mainly flat bit....

then stu and i came home and cooked a delicious brekky poached eggs(which i cooked) on cape seed loaf while stu bbqd some ham(love chrissy leftovers)and tomatoes with a lovely juice on our outdoor setting :) he had said it would be better if we had been truly decadent and had champers...lol.... man he did love that bella the other night-he scoffed nearly the whole lot.....we were not decadent however.
am seeing the sports doctor on wed :( after pilates... i dont think there is any way that im not having dry needling in the back :( :( ooh how i hate them

...christmas legs of death

..OMG yesterday my leggies were sooooooo tired...after a long run sunday,massage on monday, hills on tuesday, then 45mins on wed followed by pilates, its little wonder that they were so tuckered out
..anyway on my program it said easy 20mins or rest today..so rest it is ...LOL

And a happy happy christmas to everyone
so our christmas started with a 34 min run
then presents-how cool -stu bought me a camera-so cool
..then off to see my Oma for a bout 20mins(shes 94!) quick glass of champers then home and bring brother home(his wife was working so he didnt want to be by himself all day)
few more champers, a smashed glass..lol...and a nap for the afternoon
..how sweet is this though-stu's eldest popped over to give me a gift-so sweet..he was seeing stu over at stus exes house wth his brothers
..then my family started rocking up
brother and sister in law
niece and his fiance
dad
aunt and uncle
..and then stu cooked us a very yummy and deluxe meal
..oh and fantastically, my sister called while we were driving so herman and i both got to speak to her which was ACE
..so a GREAT day :)
contemplating a movie- nice easy day today :)

we went to the you yangs with a big group


..almost 10 min warm up..then 1x hill repeats... 60s..then 2min jog back down recovery and then stnad for a wee bit..(not enough i say)


OMG it was tough-the little tackers all got to stop at 45s.... and trust me when i tell you there is a massive diff between a 45s and a 60s hill repeat and it isnt just the 30s less recovery


..anyway stu said after 6, i could drop down to 45s, but i decide to see how many i could try to maintain at 60s...i did the lot.... but OMG


..my pacing was pretty good..got practically to the same spot each time.. the little kids took off way too fast and then i would drag them back in


..then fish n chips-which is now repeating on me...


back-dreadful-no other way to describe it..


ummm what else did i do..oh that right waited around in the morning for my setting which was to be delivered mid morning...try 1pm..see great piccy



plus the pots and plant bought the other day

..errrr cranky is the start of it

..well i was the grumpiest gal in the land today.. woke up grumpy-and then stu said something(which he didnt mean to come out that way- i have no filter today) so it upset me a lot(im also a bit more sensitive than usual at the moment)

anyway considering my mindset..and how everybody even NEAR me should be walking on egg shells- i was pretty pleased that the weight was 63.0 as im probs retaining some water 2! very upset/and annoying stomach today-which i dont usually get

..massage at 11 after a 55 min walk..quite funny-it was sooooo windy........ i watched a bird try 5 times(a small one) to go forward into it and he ended up 30m behind where he started..he was a persistent little brat
-then in for my massage..and narelle said i was like a NORMAL person today..woohoo..it barely hurt today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! a bit here and there..but not the whole time!!! how cool
..apparently my right ITB band is soooo tight that it has been pulling my alignment out
...today it was tight but it wasnt so bad it ouldnt be touched....lol
..then home to wrap pressies via shopping but i tried to keep wallet shut
..stu cooked me a gorgeous dinner-zuchinni pasta..delicious..nice glass of red-ajh in particualr will appreciate..
..back..well let me ostrich- it s kinda crap at the mo-did some pilates tonight though
..ive decided.............. im more quiet than i used to be
..sigh..maybe im growing up :(
..oh and to answer a qn EE asked me the other day-im not going to singapore..the teaching would be quite err uninspiring.....and it will be available another year and next year...what with- 2 year 12s , head of junior aths, head of year 8 maths, form teacher, and normal teaching load-that is well and truly enough of me being out there!!!!

miss jo went shopping again today....dont fall off your chair...;lol

so the day started at the you-ies..it was so awesome..we had like a girls possie, a boys possie and stu and his junior athletes possie...WOW how cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and then stu and i had subway-yum and then went shopping. we got stopped by this israeli dude who showed me a nail thing(i was thinking yeah yeah) but OMG you shouldve seen how shiny my nails were(ps only my nails were done///lol)..anyway 100 dollars later........(3 packs though)and then he showed us the piece de resistance..this salt exfoliator and moisturiser and OMG both stu and i are like....our hands HAVE never been softer...120 more dollars later.......................... LOL
..then we went to look at outdoor setting...saw a really cool one..wrought iron around the outside with tiles on the inside...too cool...had a snack while we discussed-the i bought it(of course) well it did save me 45 so i dont have to buy a trestle table to fit everyone for christmas and the home delivery is free..but i did spend over 1500 dollars....bit broke now-need to be more careful with the cashola-when it is delivered on tues i will take a piccy
-then we came home(after ordering a turkey) and then napped and watched foodie stuff on foxtel and then stu made our wheelie things be full of herbs..yay

ooh lotsa shopping

okey dokey
so i am a dutiful little gf- last night picked up a very drunk stu-where we progressed to the lovely Ems house.felt a bit bad cos i very abruptly went 'right stu' im ready to go-i have done this since i was born and my best gf always tells me off about..i was very tired though -knew i had a 50min drive and since i had fallen asleep actually driving last week-just knew it was time to go-he was asleep before we hit the westgate..lol...
//anyway tpoday i left an hour earlier than i would have so i could drive 'said lad' to his car at the tan. I then went on a 40 min run...i was trying to decide WHERE i was most sore from my massage yesterday-ummm pretty much everywhere but kinda teh inner??hip flexor and the left shin/calf-where narelle said didnt feel normal -maybe still crap there from the injury
..anyway pretty sore..but a good run none-the-less..
then Pilates(back was a it sore after the run :( and hurt a bit today :( :(
..then stu came home-had a beer..(at midday)
was quite funny..ive gone

..then bunnings where we bought some big blue(cute) pots and plants(red ferny things-ooohhhhh thats right cornelius(no quite) FALCONS

then nearly bought a $1000 setting from bunnings but they refused to give us a discount so i said NO i will thinkj about it-i made stu go and try to haggle..LOL and then he called me over and i was trying so hard not to laugh-i suck at that stuff

..a race of sorts

...lol..it probably comes as no surprise that i can be at times a grumpy la-la...hehe
..anyway todays grumpy la la ness(and i might add i am about to have TOM as a guest so be patient) was because stu was picking someone up which meant i might not get picked up(and i wasnt grumpy that he was picking anyone up) but that i may not get time to warm up.... but then i started to ..as stu would say"get over myself' and realise tonight was about fun and NOT really a race' and then i calmed down and all was good with the world!!!!
anyway: morning
went to a gallery exhibition small one(free) that a friend is having (101 poath road-hughesdale) very good-open after 11).they had dresses, photography, pictures, candlestick holders, pots all sorts of things
met six people from work-then had lunch with them, then shopping for lollies,then made 40 little lolly baskets-32 for stu's athletes, 8 for family for xmas day, wrapped two gifts for two of stu's helpers, then off to the track for the 1km Western Aths gift-handicap based on your 800
-had no idea what i was aiming for but decided to be waaaaaaay conservative after the last time-ran 43 for first 200-oops bit too slow
but very consistent for the rest 3:44(not my pb-i once did in training 3:43) but then i raced tuesday, hard session sunday,45 min pool run wed-not ideal build up..anyway stu thinks i shouldve run 3:40-im happy with 3:44..and yes maybe im making excuses but so be it...
..then drinks-super organised-cut up lime, took vodka,took ice cubes and soda..yum yum-stu got great pressies-yay he does deserve it too..and i gave him his coach pres yesterday(all the other athletes are giving at the mo- a melbourne victory tshirt :) he wore it today so he must like it

oh and cut my finger today god knows on what-yesterday i banged my head so hard on a corner i had to kneel and lay down for a while-note to self-must try to be careful./..lol..as IF

2:44 seems to be the fastest same time last year so I MUST KEEP PERSPECTIVE.i am doing ok-but then i did also have an achilles problem at this time..so that must also go into perspective nd YES STUAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARTTTTTTTT we both know i over -analyse(note analyse not analyze like my stupid report spellcheck...grrrrrrrrr)
tomorrow- am going to a gallery of a friend.._YAY-feel free to call(or email me before 9) me if you wanna come meet-poath road at 11:30!!
then the western aths 'GIFT" a 1km handicap-as long as my BF manages to pick me up in time to warm up-followed by a coupla drinky poos..woohoo..but we do not find out our handicap

.well i didnt hit the time i wanted.
went way too fast the first 200m 35s then had nothing in the last 100..literally.. 2.42 which this time last year i wouldve been rapt with,
but no sub 2:40 for me tonight :(

tweaked the ankle twice today too! did it once during stride throughs yesterday-once during stride throughs today and once during the race(am icing now) it did not affect my run in the slightest though..but i may strap it for a few days i think

pretty disappointed really but then i guess its only 1s slower than my best for this season(so far)

..healthy eating plan PZ

we thats it.a healthy eating plan it is
todays start weight 64kgs- im usually happy when im around 62.5kgs so that is the goal over the next two weeks(when i stick to a plan , i actually drop weight pretty easy)-and besides i think im actually closer to 63.5-there hadnt been any errrr movements
then the secondary plan will be to get to 61.5- relatively slim at this weight-although it makes my boobs look even bigger(as if thats possible!!!!!!!!!! but it is) cos my stomach gets skinnier and nothing else does... i do know where each kg of weight comes off from..

so the healthy eating plan is this
brekky-
either a bowl of cerael with fruit and a juice
-can be alternated with poached eggs on plain toast
-snacks-can be rice crackers-muesli bar-fruit-

lunch-sandwich or roll

dinner-whatever stu cooks...lol

plans for eating out-
NO CHIPS
sushi is good
must choose pasta over pizza
NO FISH and CHIPS
other NO's crisps(threw away cheezels yesterday)
subway is an obvious choice

back is quite tender today.i would say thats from my run yesterday
45 mins at the you yangs-but had i known i was doing a big hill and then coming down a very very steep hill(particularly bad for back), i would have taped my back..it was also a lot faster than my planned run as i was running with people

milers meet tomorrow-aiming for sub 2:40 with a 2:1.6 a few weeks ago, it snot out of the realms of possibility.stu is getting me to run it a bit differently i think.a bit faster in the first lap

getting a little bit of a cold-hopefully it will just stay as it is
my poor little stu is having horrible ear pains-it must be bad cos he is going to the dr

oh yeah-the PZ pz means plus zero(coke zero)im NOT giving that up

...no racing AGAIN

..well i can barely call myself a racer can i!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 i never bloody race...lol- at least ill be racing at the milers meet on tues(doing the 800m)
went to lunch then was going to do a track session-even stu said it was ok to call it off today(and trust me-he was in a foul mood today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
so nada- no running but a fair bit of shopping..and with three boys in tow-that is no small feat
..anyway the lad just did cook me an absolute ripper dinner. garlic prawns on a bed of lettuce and delicous salad..... mmm mmmm
only a 45 min run tomorrow... feeling a bit fat- i think it is time with the onset of holidays to pay attention to my diet-vegies and fruit in particular- i did have some of each today

..work breakup and unmm maybe some drinks










ok...lol...so i must fess up too many people saw me ;last night for me to petend i hadnt been drinking- at least i didnt POST here though :)




70 freaking mins to get to work yesterday made running befor ework pretty tough. at least it was a short session, 4x200s at around 37s(it was grass and not marked out so i had to guess.i ran pretty fast though and my legs felt way tired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!




,,and then super quick shower just to be in time for chapel- yes my school is a presby school-an hour of it..at leats i like singing the carols :)




then a few odd jobs then drinks and lunch provided, then out to 'canvas' where i dutifully avoided the tab and bought about 4 wines at about $8 a pop(depending on who served me- it always makes me luagh-different prices from different wait staff!!!! )




then off to zatopek-where miss jojo was decidedly errr happy- hopefully not slurring too much ..hehe




saw my bf-(i think he just rolled his eyes at me...lol)..where i was freezing----i had told him to rbing a jacket for me and leave it in the car-y oh y did he listen to that part..anyw atiger boy-god bless him- lent me his jacket...oh we were at zatopek..had a quick chat/hug with Em and corrie




..then spent a bzillion hours driving home-trafic was monstrous-fell asleep in the car-woke up with the dry mouths this morning lol- had to bunk a lift with stu and then PT to get my(car yes i am miss responsible)




then a few odds at school but decide id go in moday to finish up teh stuff i didnt get to do while i was on camp...just couldnt be botherred..then um hte shopping started in earnest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friday dec 5th -sat 6th inclusive

Okerly dokerly –so big big nig day..had the student form-from 8:30 to 12:30 with only half hour break-no work or anything just had to organise activities-harder than it sounds
Then straight off to camp
Camp is at cowes which is quite lovely. Im the only chicky babe here at the moment, but someones wife is coming down and so is principal and his wife for the day.currently sitting at the porch-someone has to wait here-my shift will be on the beach next..
Anyway tried to run this morning and had all sorts of problems. I was having chest pains the entire time-kept having to stop-it was very weird and disconcerting.anyway somehow struggled through 40 unpleasant mins-still hurts a bit-mostly when I breathe though …lol could just be a muscular ‘been writing reports in a bad possie kinda thing) I suppose-will see how I go tomorrow.anyway as a result I did not do any speed-so slow in fact-mostly slower than 6min/kms…was not pretty
…ill reserve judgement till tomorrows run.
A 40min shit run I suppose is better than no run

I rnag stu last night.OMG-how drunk was he-he was kinda funny though- ive only seen him really drunk once(and yes he had gone out with that guy) and he sounded in a very similar state. I rang him this morning to wake him up in case he forgot to set alarm-but he is of course uber organised so I needn’t have bothered

SUN:
Long run of 60 mins this morn..went to bed super early last night 10:30. am eating way too much L need to try to remedy that. The run was slow-a lot of it had hills but also a lot of it was on very very heavy and thick grass which feels like you are running in very soft sand.
And then I went and put myself into the freezing cold water but only lasted a couple of mins..it was super duper cold…..
And then back out for beach duty… would love to go home-but as camps go its pretty good-as stu said people pay for what im doing..and I get paid an extra allowance on top of my salary for being here.
Next year is going to be so busy

Head of junior aths(this will be a huge amount of time)
2 year twelves
FORM teacher
Plus normal teaching duties of course,plus trying to fit in running training and occasionally trying to say hello to my bf
-will be expected to go on either 2 or 3 camps(one is during the holidays)
And just found out also im now a MENTOR-just great…I have to come back to school a day early next year-there is no time allocation for it, you don’t get paid, have to have a meeting every week, help her with her FOLIO she has to submit(and no I didn’t get a choice- when I made a semi joke to the dean of staff last night(it went doen loke a lead balloon) WHO else is going to do it(I am he only female in the senior maths dept-and she is first year out)-yep-next yer is going to be a hoot!NOT!!!!!!!

Anyway back to today…went out on the zodiac(inflatable boat with motor) sooooooo much fun
..miss having someone to cuddle and give me a goodnight kiss L and very tired again

ok.be prepare dfor a small RANT,...i am (barring my spell checking//lol-too lazy)- a reasonably smart chicky babe...if there is ONE THING i CANNA take its being treated like a complete f-ing moron... so im in this pD day...(and cranky and tired i should say in advance)..asked the lecturer a question just about whether something on CALC should be END or BEGIN(really just confirming) random guy that i didnt ask answers..yadaa yada.....'ok thanks'' then goes on a spiel about banks ripping you off... yes got it..(i already knew-was trying to conform with the other guy a VCE examinare...yada yada yada... you understand...yes(being very tolereant at the moment.. he continues...are you sure you understand..."YES..I DO UNDERSTAND THE MATHEMATICS BEHIND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" resistsed yelling,resisted telling him to be stop such a condescending little shit, resisted telling him about a million things............................grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..... anyWAY

and then ..let me regroup lest i YELL again.... I WENT to the worst PD in the history of the PD...errr EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRR.. it was so bad i actually walked out early!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and im such a "johnny be goodie two shoes"..thats AMAZING

..sore back AND have been very upset/DISCONCERTED by some leg pain which feels like the referred pain i had last year..but i may just be panciking
packing for a week away... will miss my super lovely bf..wll sometimes lobvely bf..pmsl

..ughghghghghg

..have just put my reporst down for the night- will do some before school tomorrow :(
i was working out-just the form teacher reports(not my subject reports) ended up being over 10,000 words in total(more than 350-450 words per student)-no wonder they are taking so damn long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

...anyway as Stu so BLUNTLY told me-i can hardly complain given all my holidays...but i have literally been working my ass of the last week..still stressed.....am RIDICULOUSLY tired... :(
..busy busy all day reading reports and correcting and writing since 7:30,teaching classes, parent meeting straight after school, followed by pilates(which was a shit session cos i felt like rubbish- and it was very bizarre..when i walked in, i noticed how sore something on my foot is) anyway after pilates i made the decision to NOT run..stu had me down to run 45-50mins but it just couldnt happen...but i wish he would take into account my overwhelming tiredness during report time..i think next year he may have to be a teensy bit more accommodating..
..anyway since i hate to miss a session. i somehow persuaded myself as i drove past the Tan to get out and go for a run. first 10 mins -terrible -foot super sore but at about 11 mins started to go away...rest of the run seriously AVERAGE..stopped at 30mins..it just wasnt feeling good-even my right glute was sore- i seem to be very NIGGLY at the moment
..anyway after pilates, 30mins seems to be well enough...so THATS ALL I COULD MANAGE
..sorry for all the whinging,...im going to finish my vodka,,,try to unwind a bit and then go to bed

..just a quickie

yeponly quick- cos my eyes hurt-been looking at a computer so long my eyes are streaming water...and im not crying(although i did cry earlier-when i opened a card from my nieces..whatta baby i am)
..anyway super tired...just stopped doing reports-have been going full on since 7:30 this morn..and feeling so stressed and tired...i am at that stage where im so tiredi feel like im about to cry :(
anyway im supposed to have checked and corrected all my student reports(between 10-14 reports per student, 27 reports) but one person still hasnt done 2 reports for every person so i have NO IDEA how im supposed to finish within the time line. Then i have to finish my tutor reports.80% done, only have to make the academic comments and spell check etc(which takes longer than one might think)
anyway seeing double so ive had enough for the day...super grumpy
..and i got to the track feeling all of these at once...faint(very),grumpy(very), on the verge of tears(big time) no motivation(big time) and i nearly packed up my gear and just left when a i was doing my stride throughs i was having a pain in my leg..a not very nice one either
anyway the set was 4x200@44s, 2x400@88-89 1x600@2:12 2x400@88s 4x200@44s

yep its a tough little set...a bit of wind too but not too bad until the 600..even stu added on some time abd said i could do 2:15

amazed i got through it-as i really felt terrible..didnt feel much better at the end..then when i got home, i saw the card from my nieces and had a big cry in the shower

life sucks at the moment..but its only for 2 days and then i can stop being the huge bee-ach i am at the moment..i dont deal particularly well with stress..
..although at the track-i tried particularly hard not to snap at anyone-so i just didnt talk much

ughghghg more reports

-i cant look any longer at reports...
(well i probably will go back to it...ughghghghg)
an intersting offer cam my way today: a teacher exchange to singapore for a month feb-march-not sure tho that next year is the right year(it happens every year) as i have 2 years and would feel a it weird teaching them for 2 weeks then p-ing off for 4 weeks.... and also i have just accepted the role of head of Junior Atheletics, and have also put my hand up to be head of year 8 maths(not sure if i will get that one yet) so its going to be busy busy busy..so maybe i will wait one year??? dont know-the head of maths basically said if i say yes i can go..i dont love travelling really.... im bit of a home person as i dont sleep very well away fromm home(im about to go away to camp for 5 days so probs not much sleep)
aaaagh i hate decisions..i am possibly the worst person IN THE WORLD at making decisions :( i overthink things way too much

so 40 min run today, woulda been 7ish kms again...pretty tired..and then made a magnificant meatlovers pita bread pizza..it was so FREAKING good too
