.. ohh no..theres a scratch

..yep..i went over one of those roads that have like a V dip in them(a bit too fast) and scraped the bottom of my car..i then proceeded to e sprawled on my hands and knees(shorts not a skirt b4 you ask :) and was quite dismayed that i have scratched the cookie monster... i rang my friend and he's like..ill look at it this weekend..i was still going on about it for a while.... lucky he's sooo sensible it did make me slightly more calm
(well most of the time--he did a very funny impersonation of how my bather bottoms were very boggy the other day(wrong size OK) which was not sensible at all...lol) ..
so first thing this morning i went half hour water running(stu said i can count this as 5.5km but i dont really see how i can) today was an optional rest day but since i didnt RUN(only pool running on wed) i thought i had better.. i didnt eat first and then was meeting a gf for a 7km walk..a km or so in i told her we would have to do 'my strength work...did i mention i did this the other day...man my upper body was sore) so we did 10 lunges each leg.10 squats.. the hold them at the bottom then squeeze butt on way up..could really feel them.. pushups with situps between.. the pushups were 10,8,6,4,2 i reallly struggled and thought i might have to do the modified pushup.. but i did the straight legged ones..it HURT!!!! then front plank 45s 2x side plank 30s 45 sec plank.. and continue walking
towards the end of the walk i was starting to feel a tiny bit faint..it was now 1oclock and i hadnt eaten anything today..so we went to a cafe..but it was an organic cafe and they didnt sell coke..(and i needed one)..so i snuck off to the sushi place..felt a bit better once i had some energy back..big gossip which was good
..then off to meet a friend greg and his wife and rugrats ..and about 5 other ex work colleagues which was vnice.. home for a quick nap and blog, then out again meeting a gf...whew...its tough work being on holidays..lol
..but i am thinking about driving tonight!!!!!!!!!bit tired and tough session tomorrow... 5 x1.25kms @ 4:30min/km pace
..oh and i have lost a bit of weight which is great..had crept up to 63.4 and im back to 62.1 woohoo.. only 3.7 more to go according to my mean mean coach(who also called me lazy when i asked y im not running the 400m he thinks im capable of!!!!!) that many kgs....it aint happening!!!!!!!! the most i can do is get down to 60.xx maybe i should have that fatzap thingy done..lol
..okey dokey time for this little runner gal to hit the shower then the pub

oh yeah..that sub 5:40 1500m, means i have to maintain 3:46 min km or less(15.88km/h) and the 800m i want which is sub 2:40 means i have to maintain 3:20min/km pace or less(18km/h)
sub 69s 400 means i have to do 2:52min/km pace for a lap(20.86km/h)
..ummmm that means marathon runners(elite men are maintaining that pace for 2 hours...WOW did i mention WOW
..yes im a geek.. but they are the 3 times i want over the next 2 weeks
