..okerly dokerly.. finally a rest day ;)
my legs are extremely tired. In the morning yesterday i had to do the same weights session as the day before (but at least without a 60min water run it wasnt quite so bad) still a tough session..i did manage a 60s plank(not the 90 s stu had prescribed though)

and then at the track later..my legs already tired...and had to do 6x1kms at 4:35which sounds easier than it is... it was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay windy last night...and ummm did i mention i was tired!!!!!!!!! lol at jaykays comment yesterday-i did feel like slapping stu a bit
and about 2.5km os warm up/strides/cool down so 8.5kms all up

then out to dinner at a little italian place where i had a yummy pizza and drank waaaaaay too much wine and then fell asleep on the couch only to apparently start yelling at stu (whilst i was asleep) about some tournament...lol..god knows what that was about..anyway apparently he told me to shut up and i did

and then as stated a rest day today which is well and truly needed

oh and i did lots of errand yesterday, started the letter for the insurance people who threw away all my stuff,started organising trying to get re-imbursed for medical costs from the knee/ had an eye test.. oh and the day before went to the dentist-i may have already written that- but it is worthy of another mention as i was so pleased
