piccies of the house

..some quick piccies..well heres one of my fave rooms the kitchen and the hang around bit:

last nights training sessions was 6x800m at slightly quicker pace usually im supposed to do the 800component of my 1km reps at 3:40(which is 4:35min/kms) but since they were just 800s-its was at 3:30 which is about 4:22min/km pace

so the 800s went like this

3:26(um went too fast first 200-legs felt a bit proppy and un-natural

3:28 legs still not moving fluidly

3:28 can it really only be the third set-maybe i forgot one

3:30...finding it pretty tough..stu was it only 5 i had to do??NO...bugger

3:31..and breathing VERY VERY hard

3:27- tried to not let the last lap slow..

much better than 1km reps....apparently stu was planning in having the set faster but given an 8km race(+3.5km warmup/cooldown) and 90mins sunday the little leggies were somewhat fatigued..and his training had let him know that i wouldnt manage it

so 7ish kms altogether. shins had been kinda sore for the last few days-but were actually okay once i warmed into it.

stu and i went and had dinner with my aunt and uncle last night-they are just so lovely :) and hes a great cook!!!!

..oh and the tenants are moving out before settlement so the moving in process will begin on sep 10!!! and lol at ems comment yesterday!!!!
