..oooh i like that session

i wont go as far as to say im slack...but i really reallt like the shorter sessions

anyway stu set me an absolute killer session this mornining
legs were like absolute lead after my massage yesterday-this was torturous
5 min of easy running to warm up
some basic dynamic stretches
3x50m strides
15/12/10 lunges (no hand weights) & push ups (ie lunges each sidex15)
15/12/10 squats & push ups
Hopping, 10 each leg x 3. Hop and stop, then hop & stop etc
3x50m strides
15/12/10 step ups (must be a stable step) & push ups on the step
2 x 60 sec front planks with 30 sec rest
1x30 sec side planks
Jog for a couple of minutes to finish off

ummmmm it hurt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the step ups the legs were all wobbly..mayve knee high was too high

and then~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ there was a PM session.////// uh-oh razzamatazz(who remembers that ad??)
1.3km warm up
50m strides(x5)
was supposed to do 6x400@ 90s OMG it was widny as hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was literally going flat chat to get 93s...called out to stu on the straight(but no air/breath coming out) fortunately he changed his mind(god love him..i couldve HUGGED HIM.. he decide to let me do 8x200m instead(still bad wnd for 50m but oh so much better
44s,43s,42s,44s,41s,40s,42s,40s so quite happy with those reps.... way faster than this time even in january this year..BODES well :) and no stu-not getting too excited , but it is nice to FINALLY have something positive in my running..it has BEEN a while
..then we went out with one of stu's coach friends for dinner in possibly the coldest restaurant in the history of restaurants!!!! lol

Wanna be running buds again at the 5km Princes Park? With those fast reps, I think you might drag me along to a respectable 5k PB!
