OMG- all of a sudden I AM AN ADULT

let me start with- i am absolutely flabbergasted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i ummmmmm BOUGHT a house today...... OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i only actually decided to definitely buy a house last week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG i cant believe now(subject to finance, i am officially a homeowner-and ummmmmm yes i did buy the house before i got the finance-who would expect it to take less than a week!!!!!!!!!!
(i have browsed the... net of course L) a couple of times in the last few months. anyway -it is a 3BR cottage with 2 bathrooms, a walk in robe and a cute little back yard. and there are tenants at the moment who are getting married in october-so i am letting them have an extra month or so than the minimum time i could kick them out so moving in in november....... oooh scary/exciting and ummm scary all rolled into one!!!! gotta love looking inside one house and it being the ONE! yay!!!!!
RUNNING
leggies were decidedly unhappy about the whole running caper today..and when there were hills my legs complaining noise level went from the low grumble of a little dog into the snappy growl of a doberman...lol..who spotted a postman...double lol ;)
so you yangs it was...i ran with someone for 35mins but sadly the next 55mins was by myself(not fast enough to run with the others) could only manage 5:42min/kms today so 15.7kms... and then took a gf out for lunch for her birthday..very expensive and they tried to charge us for 2 bottles of wine instead of one..lucky stu(whatta good lad(he even found me the house!!!!)) checked the bill

then a spot of shopping(for the last time in a while i might add) and for the rest of the afternoon have been ruminating about what furniture i have and what i will need


oh yeah guess what 200kms(well 197.7 so far) this month!!! i dont think i have EVER run 200kms in a month....woohoo!!!!!!!!! and and and and..breathe miss jojo i have done 1000kms for the years..OMG(yes it includes water kms) but OMG thats so cool for me...one of these days oi may even accept that i am actually a REAL runner(im still in denial...as really i used to be a squash player who also ran-but given i am a retired squash player now.......)

and i dont even want to count how many times i have used the term OMG today...a million perhaps?????????????????????????????????? lol
