..lol..sprung!!!thats the word i was looking for

..very much laughed at ajh's description.yes..sprung was EXACTLY the word i was looking for

..anyway something bizarro was happening yesterday..struggled to run even 4.3kms(initally thought tired from day before) then last night was struggling to stay awake after 8:30 pm(always a good sign something is up-as soon as i am even a little bit unwell my body goes into sleep mode-it is bizarre)anyway went to bed before10..super early..the alarm went off and seriously i could barely open my eyes..i was soooooooooooooooooooooo ridiculously tired it just wasnt funny..i even slept in til 10:30...wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! after that i felt ok and felt better as the day progressed but still a little tired(i even took the day ff work!!!!!!)
was a bit to-ing and fro-ing about training, but since i felt better as day went on and it was an easier set, decided to give it a day
supposed to be 110s laps 1kmx 4:35mins with 90s laps
well today is the first time since i started training at the hoppers track that this speed has felt comfortable- i was working but i was definitely within my limits... i must be starting to gain some fitnes...woohoo..his was the most enjoyable training run ive had for a while..double yay..and surprising since i had felt crapola earlier..it really is bizarre that you can have something in your system for 24hours and then its gone!!! weird!!!!! then dinner with stu and burkey, was considering not going cos it was so cold but definitely glad i did..

Ahhh, nothing like a good set and often you have one when you least expect it, yay!

Hope the pool wasn't too bad tonight.
