...aaaah the wind in my hair

  • a big day of errands and exercise
oh and as you all know the lad and i have only been officially going out for a couple of months or so.. but it was actually a year ago today that we first ummm hooked up ...lol lolled around in bed for a while-trying not to gloat when someone had to leave for work ;)
then i got up and went for a 60 minute water run. gee the complex at werribee was fantastic..there is a whole 25 m section that is all 1.8m dep-FANTASTIC and i had the lane all to myself..what a delight..well as much a delight as w.running can be since its more boring than doing tax
..then went to the dentist who has put in a filling and built up my front tooth which had become chipped recently... and this was with one appointment... my last dentist kept making me have appt to discuss what we were going to do and never got round to doing much and some of those discussions were about $100 and NONE of the options were below $1000 in fact all the way up to $12000,,anyway we will wait and see if the filling holds. he did quite a good job.and i deliberately went to hoppers crossing dentist(super friendly) because im sure going to dentists in kew/balwyn automaticallly UPS the price...and well it would seem that is the case..so happy today with the work..still need to buy a night mouth guard..mmmm attractive because im a GRINDER ,then off to the post office to send some delightful tops to my angel nieces, then home for a quick nap, then have to go and do the stupid weights session that my not nice coach set... i dont think he took into account i was TIRED after a 60min run...anway we had some words about it..where he basically told me i was hopeless(well maybe he didnt quite say that but thats how i took it!!)
..so when i started my 10min bike warm up..im going aaah this is nice..teh wind in my hair...aaaah ...errr....ummmm the wind in my hair???? Doh!!!! miss scatterbrain had forgotten to wear her helmet..oopsies

anyway lucky hes two diff people to me..cos i dont like my coach much right now :) but my bf is still nice :)

Hazzah for the unofficial 1 yearness! Just think, you'll like your coach in HINDSIGHT. It's only ever in hindsight. So tell him the hopelessness will actually subside in a few months, sort of like a virus.

At least you got through both workouts - that's the main thing.

Now give Stu a slap over the head from me and tell him to lighten up a bit :0)

That sounds like quite a work load.... I wouldn't be able to move for a week after that, lol!

Get over it!!! It was a session that you should have easily managed, esp if you had been doing that core work regularly...

If my 'young' group can do 2x60 sec planks, then you should be able to also!

Toughen up girlie..... LMAO (and yes I laughed at Jay's message too)
