..hmmm a little bit of a tough set

..well a few months ago i wouldnt have blinked at it..

all of the pacing was at 4:10m/k (or 100s laps) with teh following
800m,600m,400m,400,400,400,200m,200m,200m,200m,200m

teh 800s 600s 400s at correct pace.. then stu told us to progressively run faster fir the 200m they were done at 48s 45s 43s and 39s the 39 felt fast though..not flat chat though... considering how lousy i felt(it was TOM..and yes i write that so in 6 weeks time i roughly know when its due) it also explains my very crappy run yesterday(only 2 days i have any issues whatsoever)

so i ran with the little tackers..yep all under 14,,,,lol... but it was good... a couple of them were like...can i run next jo..which made me laugh...a couple of hte kidlets were too fast for me but were onlyunrestrained once.... im glad i was working with a group tonight though..no way could i have managed that set by myself tonight

better day at work...the exam i wrote is done..now i just have to put up with all the crap that goes with that.. lol ..did i mention i had to come run at hoppers again... when i packe up my 'goody bag' for running.... GUESS what key element miss jo forgot...... go on guess.... ummmmmmmm shoes are pretty essential... god i suck... no wonder stu told me i was the most non organised person he had EVER met..lol

okey dokey...i gotta go ciao bellas

They may have been a young group, but it looked good going around the track in a pack of 9, whilst you had to put up with all of those youngens....what about poor young Liam, he was the only boy and as an U10 he had to go so slow.... :-)
