..finally a reasonable session

ok lets break this up into three topics
1. (and most importantly)running
a session at the track with SM... and he warned me it was a tough one... 4x1km+2x800m @110s lap pace which is 4:35 pace(doesnt sound that hard i guess but trust me it isnt exactly easy) which is also a jump up in distance... was feeling a bit faint before hand but didnt want to tell stu cos he thinks i just whinge all the time... anyway what with reports and stuff didnt feel like ..
,..pfaffing around so he organised everyone nice and early.... was about 5s quick(for the 1km) for most of them..still trying to hit the pacing thing
...anyway today was the first day i) i have actually enjoyed the whole run since the knee accident..i think sometimes people forget HOW much it hurts when you are unfit...particularly when doing speed work... anyway didn't feel like the most unfit OOMPA LOOMPA on the planet... so its start..not back yet...but felt like i was on the way

school: computer got returned today... they never asked if anything happened(re not switching on) so i didnt mention..if they asked i woulda said!!!!! i cannot lie.. still reading a million pages of reports to proofread(tutor reports to be done still) after friday i am gonna be one happpy happy gal

personal: stu and had our tues 'date night' .. he always laughs when i call it this ..but it is kinda nice/// and i am trying to make my RATIONAL self talk my IRRATIONAL self out of thinking irrational thoughts at the moment.. i am a smart gal and i know better!!!!! anyway feeling a little insecure at the moment and it is all caused by EXTRANEOUS things that are purely in my head.... :(

anyway ... 3 more days and life is good :) CANT f%^ING WAIT!!!!!!!!

Those holidays can't come quickly enough right now I imagine! Glad you got your computer back and that your running is enjoyable.

Good work with tonight's session and slowly but surely the 6x1k will be upon you and then some more work aiming at 100 sec laps etc.

Something to look forward to will be 2k reps or even the more popular 8x1000m....... :-0
