ooooh am about to head off to the hospital for what IM CONVINCED will be good news..will be gutted if it isnt.... but i soooooo know it will be

..had a great night out with the boy last night... it wasnt anything special-just hanging out at a local pub.. and he also allayed some of my worries...so we got to have a good chat... which was good for my ever fretful ways...lol.. yeah i know -im a pain!!!!

..i have had a great day today....obviously in a good mood cos in period one today my year 12s are like-gee youre in a good mood miss...and ive gone..yeah it is friday you know...lol..and theyve gone..no thats not it..lol... so ive gone -well ok youve caught me out im going to the hopsital and going to be allowed to run today... they think im a bit wacky i think ;)
anyway all good vibes for miss josephines knee...

i was soo excited earlier i had to ring stu back who said he hadnt understood me earlier cos errr ummm i was speaking a million miles a minute..i was one excited little pussycat
..he did say there would still be pain..and there was no magic time number so i should give it a go..and he said i could race next week...if i felt i could..well i said not quite race..i dont think my knee quite has that much give..nor my ticker that much fitness at the mo :) im going out now.... may even run woth michelle and jay tomorrow...AWESOME 5kms...double awesome ...kisses
