..hey

completely stuffed on thursdya...thank god for a rest day on friday..and a quiet night at home with the lad.... had a couple to many wines...ooopsies.... then off to geelong for cross country for my students who did really well today..and then we popped into werribee maccas on hte way home..yep all 30 of us in very distinguishable colours :)

.then got some excitng news from a gf....woohoo who got engaged.... she was very excited :)

she hadnt read my blog for a few weeks and was also quite happy that things with stu were going well... she had actually known about it since a week or so after it happened(she had picked there was something going on quite some time ago!!!)

..anyway we went for a 'pack' run at the you yangs.although stu myself and another girl ran in the opposite direction...we just did 44mins slowly(the girl had already played netabll so was struggling a little) but at one stage we surged for about 9 minutes at a faster pace...and OMG did i feel that...was probs only 4.40-4.50 pace but i was strggling..and then had to walk for about 3mins up the very last part of a hill....

..we are going to go to MY side of town tonight and then go running in the dandenongs...ferny creek trail i think tomorrow morn...an hourish i spose

..having an issue with teh very start of the big toe joint(been 2 weeks now) aso have been googling it and will tell my dr when i see him.... ive narrowed it down to a bunion(enlargement of bone?) or to turf toe... both strappings were similar so may do that tomorrow.... andbeen researching the back..... i am 100% convinced that it is the SacroIliacJoint causing me all this grief..Thank go the taping helps... back was fine while running... but has tightened up sinc(is to be expected :)

knee couldnt be better :) i love my knee..even with an upside down smiley face..hes a real trooper that knee ;) heh ill post the piccy now..good knee

on monday i am starting a diet as i have been way over eating lately..its TERRIBLE muriel
