...yep had a HOT date tonight ;) lol..i do make myself laugh :) i di get a peck on the cheek though...... hehe ok ok ill come clean it was with a gf of mine..,,
super tired at work today...and i cant even really blame the boy... i fell asleep on his couch last night at ummmm hpw embarassment 9:45 LOL... yeah he did say how wonderful my company was.... well plthththththth is all i can say....just joking!!!
..yesterday was a very tough day for me..if there was one word i could use to describe my back it would be ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm excruciating..i got to the stage where 2 steps were making me wince..thank god for the codeine etc.... :( not a happy camper
..anyway didnt run last night - dinner with stu at a chinese restaurant where i seem to find it impoosible to keep any food on my plate..such a little gromit i am :)
..so tonight the plan was in the pool-but dang it..it was too cold ...and well really truly..i just didnt wanna!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im such a BRAT i just cant help mysefl.... so i whined to stu who said i could skip it..then felt bad so went for a VERY VERY slow 30 min jog...the back held up ok... it is taped to the left and to the right and up the middle..i may have said yesterday???????cant remember...
wont be able to go to GOR mara to watch..way to much hwk ..have a lot of work pressure on me...and feeling quite stressed and tired... doesnt help being sick for a coupe of weeks with STUPID f-ing cellulitis..LOL arent i just a joy to be around...
lol..poor stu... lucky he is being just the biggest sweetheart at the moment :) :)

oh and sandown saturday..coach has said maybe i could aim for 4:45 min/kms but he thinks i may blow out... oh and ive been banned from standing too close to Em cos he thinks ill try to keep up (and we all know hes right too.... i wanna run fast..maybe i could be the little train who can... i know i can i know i can i know i can...ooops apparently i cant..... bugger...cant even pretend in a fantasy.....
