a tough running day for jojo.. ps i suck

ooooh miss jo was quite unwell yesterday..couldnt get out of bed...definitely had a fever...
anyway today was feeling somewhat better but still extremely tired... i tried to go to bed by 9.30 but didnt get to sleep until after 11pm...
found work pretty tough too...pulled up a bit better in the afternoon.....
..until///dumm dumm i had to go and train... i pleaded with stu to let me have an easy session... compared to the last session- it was easier...or should have been.. but i still found it extremely tough session.. 6x800 @ 110 secs per lap (4:35m/k) with 90s recovery
100 + 110 = 210 (3:30) first lap too fast
106+112=218 (3:38)
106+112=218(3:38)
108+112=220 (3:40)
changed to 2min recov as really struggling..even my VERY mean coach could tell..and was nicer to me
108+110=218(3:38)
107+111=218(3:38)
note to self...was definitely easier on the 2nd lap when i didnt go too fast in the first
i am soooo completely unfit it is hideous
i definitely like my bf MUCH better than ,my coach today :(

and when i got there all i wanted to do was start so i could END the session.. i DID NOT want to run... i did run because of the bigger picture and im sure my annoying coach will say to me .... tick in the box or kms in the legs or patience grasshopper(ok we know that last one sounds more like me)
at least i didnt have to train with teh girl from last week who just made me feel bad that she was having to run slower!!!!!!!!!

anyway out to dinner with the lad..i think tuesdays are our 'date' night..lol i deliberately didnt even BRING homework home

Maybe in time you might get the discipline of the first lap, it IS better to be one second slower than set instead of faster.

Yep, tick in the box for a endurance style session, yep some more $ in the bank!!!!
