..when stu informed me about todays set i was a little concerned
600 at 20s per 100 (2min) 600m jog recov
500 at 20s per 100 (100s) 500m jog recov
400 at 20s per 100 (80) 400 jog recov
300 at 20s per 100 300 jog recov
200 at 20s per 100 200 jog recov
100 at 20s per 100 collapse-lol
doesnt sound so bad does it-well let me take you back to my timetrial 800m race 2 weeks ago- at the 600m mark i ran 2:04(and that was super super hard)- so suck it up jojo, time to get out there and WORK hard
600- 2:04 dropped of a little in the last 200 (not sure how next rep will go)
500-104 tough this one!
400- 83
300-60 (spot on)
200-39
100-19
so all in all i did ok but it was HAAAAAAAAARRRRRRD, mainly sat on just under 21s for each 100(well really dropped off last 100 or 200)
legs were kinda sore from pilates yesterday
massage tomorrow-yay-water run in the morning with 2 13year old girls
timetrial in the 800 and also in teh 400 on saturday-although 10mins after an 800, thats not gonna be pretty!!!!!!!!!

Not bad. 20 per 100 is a solid pace.
Now if you're ugly on Saturday are they going to put you back on the rack and see if there's a buyer willing to pay $3.06?
