OMG i love holidays

//seriously-whats NOT to love-sleeping in and doing nothing(well BUCKETLOADS of housework) but seriously that has to be done anyway!!!!!!!!!
i am on my healthy eating during the day(havent ditched alcohol yet) nor coke zero!!! brekky was cereal(unheard of) with kiwi and banana(what the hell-is that fruit im eating) YES i am the UNHEALTHIEST athlete on the planet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and then...OMG i bought fruit and had a mandarin for morning tea-then it was OK not so 'look down at my nose at you' but definitely an improvement!
okerly dokerly -training tonihgt STU TRIED TO KILL us
initially the set was 600,400600(at 2:06 which is my 800 pace!) and then miscellaneous other stuff///OMG i said to stu-if i can barely sustain 2.48 for 800 , how can i do do 2:06 for 600(same pace)
so stu decided on an alternate set 4 x 300,200,200 with 60s jog recovery was hte plan!
sounds easy(well i thought it wouldnt be bad!)
OMG it was soooooooooooooooooooooo hard! and hte recoveries were longer than 60s and we started walking half/joggin half at the end
so nealry all teh 300s were about 58/59, 200s between 38/39 and after the first set, felt pretty strong-ok the legs were somewhat wobbly in the last set!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh and i have set myself a few goals for the race this weekend-so time to get my backside into gear and SMASH my TAN pb of 17.33-i will be soooooooooooooooo unhappy if i dont go sub 17

That's a lot of fast 300s and 200s.

Sub-17 is looking good. Go hard up Anderson Street!

A pleasureable set, a little tougher in lane 2, but still all in control.
