..a couple of misinformed decisions
..ok...so PERHAPS miss jo got a but excited
//all this talk of NOT being in pain constantly made her think she was in a better state than she was(and yes she is refusing to talk about herself in the first party)
..in her infinite wisdom(and she is a brainy gal of course ;)
//after having a slightly sore back from carrying too heavy a backpack she spoke to her coach regarding NOT running and he said fine do pool running and then swim for a bit.SHE HATES SWIMMING with a passion so could NOT motivate herself so instead ran sore back and all, on concrete/bitumen no less..
little miss jojo paid for it today with a not so great back=then come run time...did NOT learn from previous mistakes and chose to go ahead with her speed session(and this is the KICKER) even tho her back was sore b4 she started(a NONO even in her books)
so the session was
10mins easy
5x30s hard, 2 min break between reps with 4mins break between sets and then anoter one
then 20min cool down
umm then sat in the car waiting for pilates ..back froze up-could barely move..super sore..back on anti inflamms...couldnt do the proper pilates session..needed some mobilization..which means elbows in the glute and back
..but then dinner out with the delightful(sometimes..lol) bf
..and a wine or 3 to soothe the unhappy beast(back)
