..a bit of a killer set

year 12 valedictory dinner last night-had a few early drinks then onto eh waters..had a boogie with another teacher..and got home about midnight and then up again at 6.am after a woeful nights sleep-tossing and turning-waking up dripping in sweat-pretty sure i had a fever so took some panadol about 2.30 and finally got some sleep-still a bit of a dry cough-K was sick on the weekend so probs picked it up from him-
..anyway was absolutely EXHAUSTED by the time i got to the track tonight-where it was possibly the WINDIEST i HAVE ever seen. i sure was glad when stu said i was doing 200s not 300s..um that was b4 he told me i had to do 200's..and then first 80m was into a horrible headwind and then walk back(usually 90s) nd head off straight away
..absolutely killer session all done in 40s and 39s with one 38s
after my 2 lap cool down..i literally sat around for about 20mins -too stuffed to move
