hmmmmmm if you dont have anything nice to say, youre not supposed to say anything are you... well i guess thats it for the blog tonight.....lol
the session was HIDEOUS tonight 5x4mins which is normal, but i was feeling a bit flat, combination of 15kms on sunday,the week before my little visitor(always a bit blah), boys being pains in the backsides at school, and a whopping big blister that hurts every step..and the most important factor of - THE WILLPOWER OF A GNAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pure and simple.i sucked big time.could NOt get the legs to churn over any faster
couldnt keep up with the girls on the 3rd or 5th rep. it felt AWFUL except for the 4th rep which was ok. i knew in the car it wouldnt be pleasant
ah well tick in the box(in the crappy run box really)
cranky la la so gonna go to a stupid meeting

Blisters are such minor injuries, but they can me majorly painful and horrid. If you keep running on it, it won't heal either.
Cheer up JoJo you gotta have the crappy runs so that you enjoy the good ones that much more. Michelle.

Some Friars Balsam will dry that blister out in no time, ask for it at the chemist, it comes in a little bottle like tea tree oil.
I wouldn't have got through 2 years of trailwalker training without the stuff.
