...head above water miss jo

..thats what it feels like at the mo...just keeping the head above water(not whinging-things are good-just busy and a bit stressed at the mo(she says whilst not doing hwk.. i did do what i set myself)
i made a plan this year-to set myself a target each day EVERY day and to not work excessively early on so i DONT burn out

busy day at work today..( a nice easy day tomoz..so will get time to write reports)

really didnt feel 100% on the way home today...hard to describe but i felt 'PALE" and i looked a bit pale too. Anyway had a nap and still felt average...raining outside, knew it was a tough set tonight, really wasnt sure how i would manage, but didnt want to say that to stu
..then as there was only 2 girls apart form stu and i going today and one cancelled, he rang the other and asked me if training was on...i replied...nah..lets cancel

and then ive gone come on stu, get changed, lets go for a run(if i could run with my jacket at an easy pace, then i could cope)
stu and i went for a 45min run..but OLD MEANY PANTS of course decided we needed to have 6x2min speedier bits in there(isnt he a joy and a half!!!!!)
actually felt ok(last 2 min rep became 1 as it was too dark and uneven(and we all know im unco) the bruise form falling off the fence at sandown has only just vanished..nearly(yet it still hurts to lean on)

stu and i went to malaysian for date night :) he's a good lad...i think ill keep him :) ( he always rolls his eyes when i say that)

I'm surprised you're keeping him after he was so mean and made you do 6 x 2 mins instead of an easy run!

A lovely stroll along the paths of Skeleton Creek with a few efforts to test the 'waters'. Well done, nice and even and starting to work on that 'float' where the legs are going fast but the upper body is relaxed and cruising.

Don't worry about Ewen, he is just scard that you have him covered in the summer comp and that 1500 and maybe even the 3000m will be very competitive too... :-)
