mis jo is super dooper tired today...my eyes hurt... :(

feel like im coming fown with something..sore throat tonihgt so about to have an early night

anyway stu sent me off for a run in the rain today 30-40mins easy..unfrtunately, none of it actually felt easy.there was a 5min period 22-27 where it felt ok, the last 10mins was a real struggle

soup for lunch.soup for dinner(but the soup stu made was actually very tasty)
