...pulled prodded and poked
..well apparently i am YOUNG, lol the girl today kept telling me whilst she was manhandling my boobs! seriously though she was pulling htem at one stage and im like "ow" and she asked if i had sensitive skin(no! but maybe she is used to older ladies who have a bit more give in their skin-i dont know but it was particualrly unpleasant..im not sure she realised that they are actually attched.-anyway its done now, will get results in a few days

yesterday i went to training and hte plan was 4x1km with 90s recovery at 103s per lap ie 4:17min/km
the first km was slightly too fast 4:13, second 1km 4:13 and i knew i couldnt do another 1km so dropped to 800s 3:21 and 3:20
gosh it felt hard though. stu had said it was going to be an easy set, i must just suck!
i spose it will only take a couple weeks to get back to it. my longest rep for the last 2 months is about 600m
anyway im off

Maybe they are used to the older less supple ladies! My sister found a lump a few years ago and had to have an ultrasound because she had nothing to put into the mamogram machine. Luckily it just turned out to be a cyst thingy.
Hope they get a wriggle on with those results and don't keep you waiting.
