..i wa a big brave girl today
no tears today, some moments of excruciating pain when the dry needles went it-still not as bad as the last two weeks-moments of pain(today-still too many though)are better than minutes(last times)
no running today-resting and beides today was just a HUGELY busy day
-just ho hum
it was nice to get home and stu had dinner nearly ready-whatta good boy he is

Ouchies .. sounds nasty. I guess I've been lucky cos the times I've had dry needling (in my ITB) it wasn't too bad, not really painful, just felt weird.
