..a day of rest and a thank you

Thank you to ewen who popped into the airport to collect my coat. Now i just have to figure out how to get it off him...lol.. he comes down from canberra next week just as stu and i are in sydney... ill put my problem solving hat on

stu said to not run today which i was quite happy about. first dayback at school. Was very good and pre organised my lunch chicken and avocado with small amount of cheese focaccia to toast. muesli wih peaches for brekky, celery and carrots for snacks and a vegie juice-and some unsalted nuts
and i DIDNT have a coke zero today...woohoo
steak for dinner with bokchoy/beans and sweet potato rounds.all very yummy and healthy. AND NO WINE but a 97% fat free yoghurt icecream was very yummy.

anyway i went down the track so stu could break his group up and the older girls could do a different set so i timed for them.
