and then ..let me regroup lest i YELL again.... I WENT to the worst PD in the history of the PD...errr EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRR.. it was so bad i actually walked out early!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and im such a "johnny be goodie two shoes"..thats AMAZING

..yep i definitely needed a set like this..all very fast....one of the girls pushed me and i worked to overtake her nearly every set

120s 19.x 18.x fast fast
100s 15.6(same as comp 2 weeks ago...lol) 15.1 faster than i raced two weeks ago-yay
70s with a rolling start 10.1, same again
rolling 50s then stopped timing
..sore back AND have been very upset/DISCONCERTED by some leg pain which feels like the referred pain i had last year..but i may just be panciking
