so maybe a little 'JO' logic kicked in
my favourite ex boyfriend used to tell me when i was using jo logic... his definition--there was definitely logic..but just not necessarily the normal logic that other people used...
so woke up with extremely sore side of the glute..and a pain also down the leg... was very uncomfortable so had decided not to run..
but being on holidays..my willpower was weak..it lasted til 12.... so decided to go run.. the logic being... well it hurts quite a bit at the moment..even to sit...maybe if i run...it will either work thru it, or just be hte same pain.. it kept me awake a bit last night so i figured it couldnt be much worse.
..anyway only time will tell.
i did 8oom walk..stretch...4km jog(23:31..) stretch 2km jog(11:39).. only concern was when i stood up after stretching back was a tiny bit sore..but then realised thats because id been strectching on a branch...derr jo .... felt pretty good during the run, the sharpness seemed to be a bit duller..so maybe jo-logic was good ..fingers crossed ..and im actually sitting on a couch now..good sign
and then stretched... and then lost my damn car key...do you know what a goofball i looked like walking around the oval at snail pace..(and i had to keep looking cos my spare key was in my car in my wallet(so i thought..apparently it has been vaporised!)
didnt find it in the walk around.. was about to give up when there it was about a metre from where i had been stretching ...derr jo
..but at least i didnt get bowled over by any dogs.... hope you are ok Sara

Feeling much better thanks JoJo- but let it be a warning to everyone about crazy excitable dogs! Glad your run went okay and you found your keys- eventually!
Hmmmm running injuried, running the day after your first massage, hmmmm, not something I would recommend. Hydration before hand helps heaps with massages.
