..not overly happy that the relay dude after kunch didnt do any sort of a warm up before yelling at us to sprint-i didnt go flat chat and he was yeeling at the group that we had to. i was stretching and mentioned to him we hadnt done any warm up -and he's gone oh well just go 3/4 pace(cos i also informed him i had a sore muscle) and so when i went again, i promptly puled the muscle a bit-its not too bad, i have iced it-i think its the hip flexor.hurts a bit but i can still jog slowly for small distances...grrrrr i was not happy. that is def going on feedback-you MUST warm up the athletes EVEN in a coaching course
many sore people today(mainly from yesterday)-me included
came home-stu had droppped the boys off so i was looking forward to a few quiet minutes when i got home(as it has been a VERY loud week). Not to be as stu had music quite loud so i went and sat in the car because i seriously needed some down time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
anyway enough from me-im extremely tired and a wee bit grumpy

Yeah, you'd think that on a coaching course they'd be wanting to set a good example!

When we did the relay baton practice we just jogged it (we had a women instructor), also I was still getting over a stressie when I did the course last year and all the instructors were really understanding about me sitting out some of the demos.
They must have got a new lot in.
