..OMG is there such a thing as an easy session????

..errrrr apparently not

..my feet are way sore today... and as much as i dont want to admit it - my back is not fabulous either :(

...last night was a great night out with miss sara and miss em- they are such great gals-awesome Vietnamese-awesome company-and then home to stu who had already put all is rugrats to bed...

then blister forming on achilles so changed into my training shoes.... or should i say bricks-omg-so much heavier

errr it was one helluva set...my legs were feeling a bit wobbly at the end.... feet are a bit sore now-i didnt hate my coach this time....but i didnt love him either..lucky my bf does better in the 'like' stakes
miding K tomorrow night whilst stu has little aths, so i have invited my best friend vic over with my qasi nephew.....

stu said that i get over excited when i have 3good days ina row...well all i can say is plthththth and so would you if you had some respite from constant pain..i have been getting out of a car in normal time instead of taking a whole minute to get to standing up... although maybe not tomorrow....not sure..took voltaren tonight!!!!
contemplating getting to school a wee bit lat tomorrow..have the first 2 periods off

I'm adding 2 seconds to all of those because of the tailwind.

Have you tried using your walking stick to help you get out of the car?
