..needed goggles for todays wate run!
okey dokey-where was i up tookay thursday was the last post
saturday- went water running(looking after back) been having shin and heel niggles so we decided it was the best option but stu told me i had to work hard.
so 40mins all up, with 10x(200 efforts) which mean 10x 40s effort with 60s recovery.i worked soooooooooooooooooooooo hard......
then off to region final-team manager of one team do running around a bit..
woohoo................. mens div1,div3mmens u16 and girls u18 all won. mens u18 2nd and girls u16 4th, so lots of teams in the state final next week! yay
sunday morning 70min run-felt pretty good actually..my running partner kind of lagged off and turned back a fe minutes earlier so i actually picked up the pace for the last half km and felt REALLY strong
..then had a massage but the guy didnt even touch the shins or glute which was weird?
then stu and i went out for brekky an we both napped during the afternoon..then some chapers in the arvo befor ei fell asleep YET again....lol
i was tuckered out
..so todays water run 40mins and i was soooooooooooooooooooooo p'd off. youre not suppposed to be bombing- seriously there were 5 or 6 15 year old boys and the lifeguard just ignored them rather than asking them not to. dont get me wrong, i dont mind people jumping in, we are talking they jump high hold their legs land on their back and absolutely make the biggest splash you can imagine. i was literally as wet as when i swim, it was uite ridiculous. it was like i was in a wave pool.
and there are only 2 lanes for the public so is not like i could move anywhere. NOT impressed!
